Do the Following:

Ok, u spawn in Battleon. So from here open your map (it's on the bottom right of your screen) ok, got it? Good. Now look for Swordhaven go there. Ok, now go inside the castle just go straight from where you arrived. Now inside, you see a Barbers Icon on your left and on the Inn is on the right. Ok, go in and the Beta Shop icon is located above Robina's head ( I think lol).
