Oh Crap Oh Crap Oh Crap Oh Crap....

Well, the reason why I'm so peeved/pissed is that AQW is going to become another WoW. Yes people, another WoW.

The game where there is intense grinding, per-month membership AND, what makes it worse is that they are iuncluding a thing called Adventure Coins. Which basically is like a currency which you buy and then use in-game. Like Z-Tokens in AQ, Dragon Coins in DF and Nova Gems in MQ.

This is extremely retarded as it's going to be waaay worse than WoW. I mean if it were a one-time payment like the other games, I wouldn't mind paying. If they included Adventure Coins and provided the OPTION to pay for a one-time membership, i wouldn't mind either. But PFFFFTTTT. The geniuses decided to COMBINE both the payment 'strategies' to make something that does NOT appeal to many people. Hell, if this game really became like that. I'd rather play WoW. Seriously. For everything you get in-game you either have to.

1. Pay for membership per-month
2. Buy Adventure Coins to beef up your character.

Now that, my friends is f***ed up to the max.

Also, some of you may say that there is an option for free-play. Well, free-play is EXTREMELY LIMITED. The free players will get next to nothing in-game. Much like free runescape HALVED!

Well, we'll see what happens later on and whether I will quit. But don't pester me because I have a life and I'm not going to waste my money here where I could spend it on better games out there. Hell, Guild Wars 2 is coming out in about 2 years time. That game gives you money for value. Pay once for around $70 and you can play free for life without having to spend another cent. StarCraft 2 is coming out. That is a great RTS that you guys should try. WotLK (Wrath of the Lich King) which is WoWs new expansion is going to be kick-ass and if you count it up, it's more worth it than paying for AQW.

Whether any of you guys are going to quit along with me if this goes on doesn't matter. I have better places to spend my money than AQW which up till now was a great game.

yes, i agree with you, the fee though not monthly, will still prolly be way to much for this game, its a great game and i love it and all, but like u said, there are a ton of games out there that u can pay just as much and get more for your buck. if the game was maybe $20 a year, then i would pay, maybe $25. but if there yearly price will be near that of a xbox game, i wont pay it, its not worth it. i understabd AE,s need for a annual fee, but it will prolly be inflated to hell an back.

for those interested, champions online is comming for xbox/pc this spring i beleave. i think i will prolly take that up, as city of heros/villains was alot of fun.

I might buy some adventure coins, but not membership if its monthy. if it would be live $8 a month,
like RuneScape, i will pay, but....(i think you know what i mean) People who make these games,
